Day 1 of my blogging journey
I started writing because I want to remember things. I just realized the other day how much I have forgotten because it’s not something I think of everyday. I was looking a pictures, taking a trip down memory lane and I thought, Why not start a blog? Let the world know how bad life was for you and how you turned your life around and then took the extra step by going to get my high school diploma at 34 years old. Now I am a college student, thriving in my Computer Science classes. Plus, I am a mother of 5 wonderful children and about to be a proud grandma of 1. I live a wonderful life today, not saying it’s not still really hard, but I have the ones I love here with me telling me everything will be ok. That’s the part I love the most.

Day 1 continued

The best advice I’d give to someone younger than me.
So, day 1. Today I got up later than usual and was off to a late start getting my kids dressed and out the door to catch the bus. But I somehow managed to get them dressed and outside ON TIME!! And the bus driver decided she wasn’t going to pick the kids up this morning. Ughhhh….. right now, I don’t have access to a car because my car is broke down and I don’t know anyone out here in Little Rock that can fix cars and I can’t afford to take it to shop right now. So, thankfully I have a girl that lives here with me that was able to drop them off at school before she went to work. I really almost had a whole spaz attack. Now I am sitting here waiting on my friend to come home so I can borrow her ride to go to the store to get a few things before I have to go to work at Sonic. I am going to leave you with that and I will post more about my day later when I have more to post about.
